Which payment methods do you accept?
Shimz repair shop offers you a repair first policy , we also accept installment payment’s, you can send your payment through jp bank / 7bank or via COD.
How to send units?
You can send your unit via letter pack which will cost you (370yen for blue LP or 520yen for red Lp) You can buy letter pack at post office near you. Or you can send it via yamato kuro neko takyubin just go to your nearest convenience store! In the description of contents Please write down (ipad iphone or smart phone) so they can take extra measures in handling your parcels and be notify that the content of the parcel is glass and it maybe broken
once we have received your units you will get a short mail on the number you provided .
